Aloha from the island of Maui!

I wanted to share a few photos in an attempt to be a better travel blogger. I was able to borrow 3 lenses from Canon for this trip, one of which is a tilt shift lens. I’ve never used one, so bare with me while I post my trial and error shots as I get used to it!

I’m still answering emails and booking weddings, so don’t hesitate to email me!

The next few weeks will be full of random trips. Tomorrow I leave for Los Angeles and while Pablo is going for business, I’ll be getting some shopping and eating done. Then, for the weekend, we will head to La Jolla, California to reminisce about how we met, stroll along the beach, and hopefully take some better photos (pictured below).

I’ll be back in Santiago by Monday, the 30th, just in time to squeeze in some sessions, meetings, and a wedding before I head back to the US via San Francisco. From there I head to Hawaii to visit my parents on Maui for 10 days, where I’ll work on my tan, and try 3 new lenses I plan to borrow (I get free rentals, now that I’m a Canon Professional!).

From there, I head to Las Vegas for the BIGGEST wedding photography convention in the world, WPPI. I’m registered and ready to come back 100% inspired and motivated to create awesome images and continue building my business. Aside from the classes and convention itself, I’ll be meeting tons of wedding professionals (potential new friends?), some of whom I’ve known online for more than a year now.

So, if I am MIA for the next month, you know why! However, I would love to make these trips be the start of my better travel blogging and travel photography… lets see how that goes!
